• ❤ MUEORA assumes responsibility for quality issues that are verified to have originated from the manufacturing process, including but not limited to:
• ❤ Material defects not aligned with confirmed specifications
• ❤ Manufacturing or workmanship defects
• ❤ Structural or construction issues affecting normal wear
• ❤ Finishing inconsistencies compared with approved samples
• ❤ Non-conformity with confirmed order specifications
• ❤ All quality responsibilities apply prior to shipment and under normal handling conditions.

• ❤ The following cases are not covered under MUEORA’s quality responsibility:
• ❤ Damage caused during transportation after dispatch
• ❤ Issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or usage
• ❤ Wear and tear due to normal commercial use
• ❤ Size or fit issues beyond confirmed size specifications
• ❤ Color variation within industry-accepted tolerance
• ❤ Issues arising from modifications requested by the buyer
• ❤ Delays or damage caused by customs clearance or local logistics

• ❤ To initiate a quality review, buyers are required to provide:

• ❤ Order reference number and shipment details
• ❤ Description of the issue and quantity affected
• ❤ Evidence that the issue was identified upon receipt or initial inspection
• ❤ Claims must be submitted within the agreed inspection period after delivery.
